Terms and Conditions:

1.0 Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

1.1 The prize is for a maximum of two adults and two children, who are residents of New Zealand. The prize package consists of a voucher for each of the following:

• Millennium Hotel Rotorua: One (1) night's accommodation in two rooms for two adults and two children.
• Agrodome: Farm experience for a family of four (4), consisting of two (2) adults and two (2) children.
• Polynesian Spa: Family Double Dipper pass for two (2) adults and two (2) children.
• 3Mirage: Family ticket access for two (2) adults and two (2) children.

1. RotoruaNZ reserves the right to substitute the prize/voucher in part or whole (or any of its components) with a prize of equal or greater value.
2. To be eligible for the drawing, entrants must follow the steps outlined on the competition landing page; https://www.rotoruanz.com/relax-hard. 
3. By entering the competition, winner agrees to their name/handle being published on RotoruaNZ Instagram account. 
4. The prize/voucher is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. You cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize package (in whole or in part).
5. The voucher for accommodation and activities will be emailed to the winner.
6. Use of the voucher is subject to availability and standard terms and conditions of Millennium Hotel Rotorua, Agrodome, Polynesian Spa and 3Mirage. Blackout periods may apply.
7. Full details of the prize/voucher will be given in writing upon request.
8. Only entries received by 11.59pm on the closing date of Sunday, 5 October 2025 will be accepted.
9. One winner will be randomly drawn on or around 6 October 2025.
10. The winner will be notified by RotoruaNZ only (no other party) on or around 6 October 2025. Notification will be sent via email from [email protected] to the email address provided at the time of entry. It is the entrant’s responsibility to check and monitor their email inbox.
11. If the prize winner does not respond to the email from [email protected] and follow the instructions provided within five business days, that winner will forfeit the prize/voucher with no right of compensation, and an alternative winner will be drawn.
12. If the prize winner is not able to or does not want to accept the prize/voucher for any reason, that winner will forfeit the prize/vouchers with no right of compensation, and an alternative winner will be drawn.
13. Use of the prize/voucher must take place within 6 months of accepting the prize/ vouchers, as out lined in section 1.1.
14. The decision of RotoruaNZ in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The winner is responsible for booking their accommodation directly with Millennium Hotel Rotorua, as well as their experiences at Agrodome, Polynesian Spa, and 3Mirage. It is strongly recommended that bookings are made as early as possible. RotoruaNZ accepts no responsibility for availability (or lack thereof) and will not be liable for any costs or losses arising from unavailability.
16. This competition is not endorsed by Meta.
17. RotoruaNZ reserves the right to disqualify contestants. Fraudulent accounts and activities will be monitored and lead to exclusion.
     
     

1.2 Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the prize is excluded. In particular (but without limitation), the prize does not include travel costs, ancillary costs, insurance, spending monies, or additional food and beverage. The winner is responsible for all other costs associated with the prize.

1. Flights and travel to, around, and from Rotorua are not included in the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange and pay for their travel.
2. Accommodation beyond the two nights’ specified in 1.1 is not included in the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange any additional nights directly with Millennium Hotel Rotorua.
3. Accommodation does not include incidentals, tips, telephone calls, meals or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip other than specified in the prize details specified in 1.1.
4. You may be required to present a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals by the accommodation at check-in.

1.3 Availability is determined by Millennium Hotel Rotorua, Agrodome, Polynesian Spa, and 3Mirage at the time of booking. Room and experience availability may be subject to change due to weather conditions, operator discretion, or other unforeseen factors.

1.4 In addition to the terms outlined in this document, the prize winner is also be bound by the terms and conditions of Millennium Hotel Rotorua, Agrodome, Polynesian Spa, and 3Mirage.

1.5 Other Conditions of Travel:

1. If you are unable to use your prize/voucher during the time period noted in section 1.1, you forfeit the prize/voucher with no compensation or further liability of RotoruaNZ. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the trip.
2. To the full extent permitted by law, RotoruaNZ will not be liable to the winner in respect of any claim for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including, without limitation, any consequential, indirect special, punitive or incidental damages) or for any physical or mental injury suffered by the winner or accompanist/s as a result of in connection with the competition or by reason of the utilisation or application of any prize won in the competition.

1.6 Protect yourself:

1. This competition is run by RotoruaNZ only, in conjunction with Millennium Hotel Rotorua, Agrodome, Polynesian Spa, and 3Mirage. If you are contacted by any other account claiming to be RotoruaNZ, with a similar username regarding the competition, please report them as they are fake accounts/scammers.
2. Protect yourself from fraud! RotoruaNZ's official accounts are RotoruaNZ on Instagram, and Rotorua NZ on Facebook. RotoruaNZ and associates will NEVER ask for your credit card or bank details.
