Based on the conference or event requirements or brief, we’ll happily contact all relevant and suitable businesses on your behalf. Whether it’s conference venues, hotels, motels, lodges, social function venues, activity and attractions providers, transport, AV, and/or catering, we’ll collate a succinct destination proposal, including costs, specifically for you and available on your preferred dates.
Our team will liaise on your behalf until you’re comfortable to take the reins. Alternatively, we’re happy to introduce you to anyone in Rotorua or provide their details for you to contact the sales team or coordinators directly for information. It’s really your choice, we are here to help anyway we can.

Conference assistance programme
Are you looking for additional support in bringing your conference to New Zealand? We work alongside Tourism New Zealand and their Conference Assistance Program in helping you bring your international conference to New Zealand. This programme is available to any association or organisation that is considering bringing a conference to New Zealand with a minimum of 200 delegates.
