We're offering exclusive pre-TRENZ group famils designed to help you enhance your product knowledge about Rotorua and make your destination sales pitch truly stand out. These fully hosted famils will give you a deep dive into what makes Rotorua a must-visit destination, ensuring you have the confidence to sell it to your clients as a three-night minimum stay.

What will I experience?
We will be hosting two famils before TRENZ. Both famils start at 11am on Thursday, 14th of May 2026 and finish on Sunday, 17th of May
Pre-TRENZ Group Famil Options
- Western Markets & India: A pre-TRENZ group famil designed for travel sellers from Western Markets and India hosted by RotoruaNZ
- Eastern Markets & India: A pre-TRENZ group famil designed for travel sellers from Eastern Markets (China, Taiwan, Japan, Southeast Asia, South Korea and India) hosted by RotoruaNZ
Itineraries are subject to change closer to the time.
What is included in the Pre-TRENZ Group Famils? Accommodation for the core dates (check-in 14 May – check-out 17 May), transport during the famil, meals, and experiences as specified in the itinerary.
Transport to and from Rotorua for your famil experience is not included.
Independent, curated famils are available pre- and post-TRENZ. This option is for you if you’re unable to attend on the above dates or have specific requirements for your itinerary. We’ll work with you to create an individual itinerary and curate the dates to suit your availability. Please note that accommodation, meals and transport are not included. Express your interest
International travel buyers attending TRENZ 2026 are invited to express their interest in a famil with RotoruaNZ by completing this form. Once submitted, your information will be reviewed by the RotoruaNZ Trade Team. Expression of interest close on Friday, 30th January 2026. Confirmation of acceptance to attend the famil will be sent out by Friday, 13th February 2026.
