Grey Cheetah has launched in Rotorua with three key services: a city hop-on hop-off shuttle, a daily evening coach from Auckland to Rotorua, and a daily morning coach from Rotorua to Auckland via Waitomo Caves. The Rotorua hop-on hop-off shuttle connects over 14 accommodation and attraction stops across the city, with five daily loops (seven in summer) from 8am to 8pm. Travellers can explore Rotorua’s famous geothermal landscapes, Māori cultural experiences, family-friendly activities and natural attractions at their own pace. Unlimited daily rides cost just $20 per person, with attraction entry combination packages and discounts also available. For travellers heading to Rotorua, Grey Cheetah operates a daily direct service departing Auckland CBD and Auckland International Airport at 7pm, arriving in Rotorua at approximately 11pm, with drop-offs at convenient hotel hubs. For the return journey, a daily coach departs the Rotorua isite at 10am for Auckland International Airport and CBD, via the spectacular Waitomo Caves (with entry included in the coach fare).
