Ambrosia, with its beautiful traditional interior, was the first licensed restaurant in Rotorua in 1954.
The superb setting offers a choice of dining either indoors or out, and with a retractable ceiling and heaters outside, it can be enjoyed year-round for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, for meeting friends for coffee, or a having a few drinks and tapas after work.
Whether you are after smart-casual dining or just drinks from the funked-up caravan, Ambrosia is the place to meet. Live music every Friday night helps clear the work week’s cobwebs, and chilled-out Sunday Sessions from 1pm create a smooth vibe to round out the weekend.
Early bird three-course dinners are available for only $29.90 seven days a week from 5-7pm, or go for the daily specials that change each day.
With a large indoor-to-outdoor flow, Ambrosia is perfect for functions, such as celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, work functions or weddings, and can seat 110 comfortably inside.
