Tasman Holiday Parks (formerly Rotorua TOP 10 Holiday Park) has re-opened under new ownership at the same awesome location just 1km from the city centre, giving you easy access to our local shops, cafés, restaurants and tourist attractions.

When it comes time to settle in for the night, Tasman offers a range of stylish, modern self-contained motel rooms and well-maintained cabins.
Self-contained Motel Rooms have a queen bed, single beds, a fold-out couch, kitchenette, bathroom, aircon, TV and DVD player. The one-bedroom and studio sleep up to four people while the two bedrooms are perfect for a family of four.
Poolside Studios feature a king bed and sleep two people.
Budget one-bedroom cabins have a queen bed and two sets of single beds. Cabins include a toaster, kettle, mini fridge, dining table, linen and towels. Guests use communal ablution facilities, kitchens and lounges.
Linen is provided for all rooms so there’s no need for you to bring anything. However, if there’s anything you’re missing from home, you can hire it from Tasman.
If you prefer something even more affordable, check out the camping sites. Whether you're travelling solo, with friends, or family, Tasman has you covered. Grass non-powered or powered sites are suitable for small or large tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes. Fresh water, communal amenities, kitchen and lounges are available.
