The Yoga of Sound

Nada yoga is the ancient spiritual art and science of inner transformation through sound and tone. It is equally a philosophical system, a medicine, and a form of yoga. The best thing is, Nada Yoga can be practiced by anyone - it's a highly enjoyable form of yoga meditation. With no specific techniques to learn, it's completely effortless! Experience: - Nada yoga integrated with specific Sanskrit sound vibrations. - Mantra to increase physical, emotional and spiritual well being for yourself or a loved one. - Singing Bowl sound with water ‘levitation’ demonstration. Have a try yourself! - A guided yoga meditation with specific sounds that have the power to create transformation and expansion in humans at physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Please note: A basic knowledge of the chakra system is helpful to successfully complete this workshop.
