Rotorua Farmers Market

A mainly fresh food market, the Rotorua Farmers Market operates every Sunday from 9am to 1pm between the months of October and April. Local farmers and speciality food producers sell home-grown produce and value-added foods and plant products direct to customers.

The range of produce includes vegetables, fruit, meat, dairy, eggs, plants, herbs, jam, chutneys, honey, fish and cakes. Come along for an opportunity to talk to the farmers and check out their products.

The Rotorua Farmers Market has a zero waste policy. All wrapping and containers are made from biodegradable materials which can be composted or recycled. We encourage customers to bring their own reusable bags wherever possible.

Located at the City Focus alongside the Green Corridor, enjoy a leisurely ride to the market where there is plenty of bike parking available.

The Rotorua Farmers Market is a unique New Zealand experience, with stallholders operating from locally handcrafted wooden barrows.
