Lakeland Queen (2006) Ltd

The Lakeland Queen, New Zealand’s only Paddle Stern Driven Vessel caters for up to 240 guests for a seated breakfast, lunch or dinner, or 300 guests for a cocktail style function. The options available include one of the daily scheduled cruises, exclusive use of the upper or lower deck for a scheduled cruise, or to charter the entire vessel for the ultimate corporate, incentive or wedding experience.

There is no better way to experience Rotorua than to wine, dine and be entertained on the magical and historical waters of Lake Rotorua, with Mokoia Island as the scenic backdrop.

The Lakeland Queen’s team can also make arrangements for any of the unique adventure or team building activities at the Agrodome.

Breakfast Cruise
Time: 8.00am - 9.00am
Complement the sunrise with a one hour breakfast cruise and delicious international flavour breakfast buffet while taking in the vista of Lake Rotorua and its beautiful surrounding city.

Lunch Cruise
Time: 12.00pm - 2.00pm
Take a relaxing lunch break and board the Lakeland Queen for a two hour buffet lunch cruise. Enjoy our tasty buffet meal selection, a nice glass of something refreshing and the changing vista as you cruise past internationally renowned landmarks and our unique thermal wonderland. Children’s meals, a One-hour Express buffet option and ‘Cruise Only’ tickets are available as well.

Mokoia Island Experiance (From 29^th December 2009)
Time: 2.00pm - 5.00pm (A 9am-12pm option is available for charter).
Journey to the sacred island of Rotorua’s Te Awara people. This mysterious island in the heart of Lake Rotorua is steeped in cultural history. It is an iconic Rotorua landmark dating back to 1350 AD. Learn about Mokoia’s tribal history and the epic journey to this special place ... and enjoy the birdsong from endangered species of native birds that now thrive on this protected wildlife reserve.

Dinner Cruise
Time: 7.00pm - 9.00pm Friday and Saturday nights. Ask about our themed nights with entertainment.
As the sun sets, you can relax, wine, dine and be entertained aboard the Lakeland Queen on a two hour dinner cruise. Enjoy the international flavoured dinner buffet and see the sights and city lights from a new perspective.
