Day One

  • Te Puia
    Experience a personal encounter with our people, our culture and our place. Rising from the geothermal valley above mud pools and steam vents is Te Puia - the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute and home of the famous Pohutu geyser. Day Two

  • Raftabout & Sledgeabout
    Raftabout and Sledgeabout provide the white water experience of a lifetime for beginners through to extreme adrenaline seekers. Enjoy scenery, culture and history with friendly, professional, trained guides. We offer a choice of great rafting river-runs (all Qualmark endorsed) ranging in length from 3 – 6 hours. There is also a three hour sledging excursion. With this selection of options available we have ensured that all experience levels are catered for. The Lady Knox Geyser erupts daily at 10.15am to heights of up to 20 metres.
