Who are we?
Part of New Zealand's 'Visitor Information Network' (VIN), the Rotorua Information and Travel Office is a local government funded organisation which provides a comprehensive 7 day a week information and reservation service.
What do we do?
We are the acknowledged experts in providing free and impartial information about Rotorua's attractions, accommodation and sightseeing options. We take the time to listen to you and provide expert advice on all options available, suited to your budget and aspirations. Whether its on-line, on the phone or once you arrive in Rotorua - we have your choices covered.
Where are we?
Our office is part of the Tourism Rotorua Centre, which is Rotorua's central visitor information and transportation point. The building is located at the lake end of Fenton St (Rotorua's main street) and we are open every day (except Christmas Day) from 8.00am - 5.30pm.

Making reservation inquiries with Tourism Rotorua either before you leave or while you're en-route assures you peace of mind, and lets you know you've been given the best information and range of choices based on your needs. Through our local experts at Tourism Rotorua Travel Office, you not only have access to every available visitor service, but you also get the most current information to go with it.
