Day One
 
Morning 

Rotorua Conferencees & ConventionsBegin your conference day with a kick start and take your delegates to The Redwood Forest. The Under the Sail venue is situated amongst a 100 year-old Redwood Forest where a hot breakfast is served alfresco. Especially catered for you by your host hotel, this is a magical way to begin your first or second day of conference.

For an action packed morning take your delegates to Agroventures, the home of adventure, offering extreme to more low key experiences including a Bungy, three person Swoop, Schweeb, 100kph Jetboat and the Freefall Extreme giant wind column.

Connect with the Agrodome for team building (human sheep dog trials) and the world famous Sheep Show. Enjoy lunch on site at Bowen House, featuring beautiful views out to and over the lake.

Afternoon

For an afternoon pick-me-up the following activities will be sure to recharge your delegate's batteries. 

Take a gondola ride up Mt Ngongotaha, enjoying spectacular views of Lake Rotorua and challenge yourself with a luge ride. Try the Zipline for an extra thrill and visit iNZpired for an environmentally inspired gallery experience, followed by a wine tasting at the Volcanic Hills Tasting Room.

Rainbow Springs can also be included in your afternoon. Experience the adrenalin rush of The Big Splash, featuring two 6m lifts and a spectacular 25m finale. View some of the largest wild trout you will see anywhere, walk through the aviary or just enjoy the beautiful native bush surroundings.

At OGO situated just two minutes from Skyline, you can roll down specially designed hill tracks inside a large see-through inflatable globe. 

Dinner tonight is at the Art Deco Blue Baths - a fabulous venue that lends itself to a wide range of theming and décor for gala and award dinners. Entertain your guests from a wide selection of singers from background crooners to extravagant concerts.

Day two
Morning

This morning its breakfast at your host hotel before catching the bus out to Off Road New Zealand the home to New Zealand’s newest and longest A-rated Kart Sport Circuit.  This fantastic self-drive adrenalin buzz can be combined with the 4WD bush safaris and Monster 4x4 thrill rides.

A delicious BBQ Lunch is served at the Bush Camp before your return into town.

Afternoon

For a relaxing afternoon take a luxurious eco-sailing cruise around Lake Rotoiti aboard the ‘Tuia’ with Pure Cruise. With an array of activities on offer, such as trout fishing, sailing the vessel, bush walks, photography opportunities or visiting Lake Rotoiti’s hidden treasure the mineral rich natural outdoor thermal hot spas Manupuria, accessible only by boat. This is an afternoon of pleasure and indulgence.

To conclude your day, experience an evening of culture and indigenous dining on the beautiful Mokoia Island. Enjoy an indigenous feast then soak your feet in a natural hot spring while hearing the history of New Zealand's most powerful love story - Hinemoa and Tutanekai, Rotorua's own 'Romeo and Juliet'.

 

 

Day Three

Morning

Itineraries include Polynesian SpaThis morning take your group off site and enjoy breakfast at the Te Rununga Tearooms in the beautiful Government Gardens – built in 1903 as a tea house, this building is filled with elegance and charm.

Then take an intimate guided walk with a local Maori guide and take in the historical Government Gardens, Rotorua Lakefront, Hospital Hill and the Maori Village of Ohinemutu.

As Rotorua is nature’s Spa of the South Pacific spend time pamper and immerse your delegates in geothermal mud and waters.  The Lake Spa at Polynesian Spa’s is a deluxe haven for bathing and relaxation

Complete your morning with a Geyser lunch at Te Puia. Your dining experience will take place in a marquee situated adjacent to the magnificent Pohutu Geyser.

Afternoon

Finish your day with a bang, experience mountain biking on 100km of purpose built trails just five minutes from the CBD. The forest’s unbeatable blend of riding surfaces cater for all skills and fitness levels.  Whether advanced or a beginner there is a track just waiting for your group to arrive.

The finishing touch to your day is dinner at Skyline Rotorua. The unique forest venue is situated amongst towering Redwood trees halfway down the scenic luge track. Fully enclosed this marquee offers two fireplaces providing a wonderful ambience for a gala or themed dinner that will wow your guests.
