Quiet location, just off Fenton Street and opposite the rose gardens. Our units are furnished to a high standard, bathrooms have a large corner spa bath, kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, sink, hotplates and refrigerator. Free internet access to all rooms and an internet kiosk at reception.

The motel has eight spacious studio units with a queen and single bed that sleep up to 3 guests and eight large 1 bedroom units with a queen bed and two single beds in a separate bedroom. Some units have bunk beds or rollaway beds and sleep up to 6 guests.

We provide free off road parking.

All of the suites on the second floor have a balcony, those staying on the ground floor their own deck that extends out from the room.

We are conveniently situated near the southern end of Fenton St near Whakarewarewa and also the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute where you can discover more about the Maori inhabitants of NZ, or view the amazing geysers or hear the plopping mud pools.

The Murray Linton Garden of Appreciation is in commemoration of Rotorua's Mayor 'Murray Linton' for his efforts and endeavours during his time as mayor. These beautiful rose gardens contain a large variety of roses and they are located directly opposite New Castle Motor Lodge.
