BaseCamp is a luxe all-weather safari tent venue and bar located at Secret Spot Hot Tubs. Situated on the edge of the Whakarewarewa Forest, BaseCamp can seat up to 70 people indoors with a range of comfortable couches and picnic tables.
Two firepits and stunning lighting – including antler chandeliers – set the scene, and BaseCamp’s relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect place for your family get-together, or a post-mountain bike ride catch up with friends.
Grab a refreshing Good George craft beer, cider, or Mills Reef wine from the cedar wood bar and relax whilst overlooking lush native gardens. If you’re feeling peckish, artisan bakery goods, Kapiti ice cream, and locally sourced snacks are not to miss!
