Red Rock Thermal Motel
Red Rock Thermal Motel is a small family run motel with great facilities. Some units are recently renovated – our deluxe units are beautiful, spacious, modern units with new, fully equipped kitchenettes and brand new wet room style bathrooms. We provide toiletries and tea/coffee in all units. We have one bedroom units with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen bed in the lounge room, as well as family units with a queen bed in the lounge and 2 single beds in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchens with an oven and microwave. Studio units have one queen bed with a kitchenette and shower room. Our cottage is a separate 2 bedroom unit with one bedroom with a queen bed, another with two single beds and three single beds in the large lounge room as well as 2 double sofa beds. It comes complete with fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave and a newly renovated wet room style bathroom with toilet and also a separate toilet. Rollaway beds are also available for extra people in any of the units. We also have a portacot and high chair available upon request.
We pride ourselves on value for money and don’t believe you will find better value for money anywhere, whether you are a couple, family or corporate customer. All units have central thermal heating, Sky TV, phone and dining area.
Our facilities include thermally heated outdoor swimming pool and private thermal mineral spa pool. On our boundary we have a trout stream and our lovely gardens are a delight to relax in. There’s a BBQ by the pool area on which to cook your freshly caught trout. We also have a guest laundry with washer and dryer at a small charge.
Rotorua is famed for its geothermal activity and we are just 200 metres from Kuirau Park, the only remaining free geothermal park in Rotorua. Ideally located just 1km from the town centre we offer a booking service at our office for all attractions, many of which offer free pick up service from our motel. Let us book your Maori concert, Skyline Dinner reservations, or tour of the area.
