Nicara Lakeside Cottage

Located only 10km from Rotorua city and 3km from Ngongotaha Village, Nicara Cottage is very close to many of the main Rotorua attractions. These include Agrodome, Zorb, Off Road New Zealand, Ngongotaha Trout Hatchery, Wingspan Birds of Prey Trust, Rainbow Springs, Mitai Cultural Show, Skyline Skyrides gondoa; and luge.

Walk through the Hamurana Springs park or fish the Awahou and Hamurana Stream mouths. A short stroll to the Waiteti Stream only 500 metres away. Location is everything.

With its own private beach and boat ramp plus a boat shed for a small boat, Nicara Cottage is the place to escape the stresses of life. There are three bedrooms; king, queen and a twin room off the king room.

It has a fully equipped kitchen including some basis herbs. The lounge/dining room is tastefully furnished and has a TV, DVD and CD player, games, books and wood-burner. It opens onto a large deck with panoramic lake views. There is an outdoor area and deck. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Linen and towels are provided plus one change for longer stays.
