Our 3 x bedroom Kiwi Cottage and Garden Cottages are refurbished NZ themed décor accommodations, spacious, sunny, cosy, thermally heated 3 x bedroom holiday cottage units, 2 x toilets and bathroom, and a full access bathroom (Garden Cottage), one full bathroom and 2 toilets (Kiwi Cottage), own laundry and kitchen facilities, dishwashers, full crockery, linen, blankets, SKY DIGITAL TV/DVD, sundeck, BBQ patios and private hot spa gardens, carport parking, sleeps up to 5 adults ideally maximum, ideal for family groups. MINIMUM STAY TWO nights.
NORTH and SOUTH APARTMENTS - TOWNHOUSE STYLE STANDARD
Our 2 x bedroom North and South Apartments are perfect for longer stays ideally for up to 4 people. Two beautifully furnished sunny two bedroom self catering apartments, comprising queen bed, 2 x single beds, separate lounge/dining, kitchen, SKY DIGITAL TV/DVD, (2 x TVs) full laundry and kitchen facilities, off street parking, long term rates available. MINIMUM STAY – TWO NIGHTS
WEST WING STUDIO PREMIUM: Self contained - Overlooking the swimming pool garden, and front lawn, the sunny West Wing Studio suite is a spacious double room with queen and single beds, TV/DVD lounge and dining area, kitchenette, microwave, cooking hot plate, refrigerator/minibar, tea/coffee, ensuite. Sleeps 2 people MAXIMUM. No children 11 years or under.
CAMPERVAN PARKING: 2 x powered sites, CCTV monitored front compound area, access to year round heated swimming pool, wifi access, 2 mins walk to Rotorua Central Mall.
RATES:
GARDEN COTTAGE: PREMIUM from $NZ$210 - $255 DOUBLE rate plus per extra adult/child/infant $20 per night, SIX adult persons MAXIMUM. Cot/high chair available.
KIWI COTTAGE: STANDARD from $165 – $215 DOUBLE rate, plus per extra adult/child/infant $20 per night, SIX adult persons MAXIMUM. Cot/high chair available.
NORTH & SOUTH APARTMENTS: STANDARD from $155- $190 DOUBLE rate plus per extra adult/child/infant $20 per night, FOUR persons MAXIMUM. Cot/high chair available.
WEST WING STUDIO: Room only from $NZ125 - $155 double/twin share, $95- $115single.
MINIMUM STAY - 2 x nights, one night available on negotiation (surcharge & conditions apply), MAXIMUM STAY - 5 NIGHTS.
CAMPERVAN PARKING x 2 $40 per night, up to 6 persons occupancy (one night stays accepted)
