A short walk to beautiful Hamurana Springs or play a game of golf at Hamurana Golf Course yet Broekhaven is conveniently situated to many of Rotorua’s major tourist attractions.

You will feel welcome as soon as you arrive with special touches to make your stay memorable. Savour the freshly baked bread, pastries, free range eggs and fresh fruit that you can enjoy at a time that suits you.

At Broekhaven there are sheep, goats, chickens,ducks, giant rabbits (one is an amputee) as well as dogs and cats. All the farm animals are friendly and love being hand fed and patted. Lambs can be bottle fed in spring.

Awake to birdsong in this peaceful and tranquil location, Broekhaven is set amongst mature trees 50m from the main house on a 2 acres lifestyle block. We can guarantee you total privacy which makes it a wonderful romantic retreat or a spacious cottage for a larger group.

If you are traveling with children, Mum and Dad can have rest too as Broekhaven is child friendly with many toys and DVD’s to keep the little people entertained.

Amenities include a full kitchen, laundry, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries and free wireless internet facilities. A BBQ is available. There is a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, a foldout double futon sofa bed in the lounge and a foldout single bed.

The cottage sleeps up to five in comfort with an extra sofa bed and a fold-out single bed.
